Cancellation/Change Policy
All participants are required to give at least 24 hour notice of a change or cancellation of your tour date.
If no notice is given and 24 hours has passed there will be (at
minimum) a $25.00 charge for a "no show" or "no notice" once
participants Pub Crawl is within the 24 hour period prior to tour. Also a
$24.34 re-booking fee
per person plus service fee applies to re-schedule another date, which includes, but not limited to changing your scheduled tour date within 24 hours to another date prior to your tour. Also,
there is a 5 day grace period after your original tour
date has passed (should you be a "no show") to re-schedule your tour
that is allowed. If 5 days pass and there is no communication on the
ticket purchaser part with Food Tours Of Miami, LLC all persons
forfeit their purchased tickets for that specific date with no option
for a refund unless you purchased through a voucher program you are
entitled to the value of your voucher to use towards your next purchase.

Changes to your reservation:
There
will be no charge for date changes 3 days prior to your tour date. You
will need to email your request to: FoodToursOfMiami@aol.com and if
their are any opening available spots on the date you would like a
confirmation email will be emailed back where upon you will need
to contact Brown Paper Tickets at 1-800-836-3006 24/7 and change your
tour date to desired one. If you are within 3 days you will need to pay a
re-booking fee above no exceptions (i.e. 2 days, 1 day or closer prior to tour).
